As a courtesy, we allow local pick ups in Carrollton, TX by appointment only. Please email us to schedule a pick up time and receive the address. If a customer does not pick up their item at the scheduled time they will be invoiced for shipping cost. Items abandoned for longer than 90 days are subject to donation to a charity of AllyKat Boutique’s choice, without refund.
Shipment process + Delivery Time:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Processing consists of quality control, packaging and drop off to the post office.
Delivery time is 3-5 business days following processing. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. As a courtesy, we may process or ship on Saturdays until 1 PM at our discretion.
Example: Orders placed on Friday will likely be processed and shipped by Wednesday.
All orders are shipped via USPS unless requested otherwise, and at the expense of the customer. Priority or Express shipping may be available by request of the customer. The customer is responsible for the full cost of specialty shipping, and the invoice must be paid before the package is processed or shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

AllyKat Boutique Ships to P.O. Boxes and all APO/FPO addresses. We love our Military Men and Women! Thank you for your service.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. We ask that you add us to your contacts so you receive a shipment confirmation email in your primary inbox. Please refrain from emailing us about tracking until you’ve checked your email for your confirmation.
AllyKat Boutique is not responsible for any duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
AllyKat Boutique is not liable for any products damaged, delayed, stolen or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. You should save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as they will request proof.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Please verify your address with your credit card holder to ensure it is delivered correctly. AllyKat Boutique is not liable for packages delivered to the incorrect address due to USPS delivery mistakes or incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to AllyKat Boutique marked as undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
