Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and love your items. Because our inventory changes weekly, please open your package and inspect and try on your order as soon as you receive it. Please email within 3 days of receiving your package to notify us of your return, then mail your return to 1814 E Branch Hollow Dr Carrollton, TX 75007, we must receive your return within 14 days of the date your ordered was shipped. Returns are for Store Credit or Exchange only. We do not offer refunds. Please know that because our inventory is fluid and ever changing we may or may not have the same items in stock.
Items returned must be in new, unworn, unwashed, tags attached condition. Items with obvious use, makeup, pet hair, deodorant, perfume or stains will be subject to refusal.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone abusing the return policies. All Sale, Clearance, markdown, mystery bag, deal of day etc items are FINAL SALE. If you ship back an item that is ineligible for return the items will not be shipped back to you and will be donated to a local women's shelter. You will forfeit the items. 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and if we still have the item in stock. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 1814 East Branch Hollow Drive Carrollton Texas US 75007.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Store credit for Returns does not include the cost of shipping.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
