If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read the acceptable returns policy to learn which items can be returned, and how to do it.

All returns are for store credit or exchange (when available) only. We do not offer cash or online payment refunds. Exchange items cannot be guaranteed in stock, as our inventory sells quickly. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Any items received after the 7 day time frame will not be eligible for store credit or exchange. 

Returns can take 3 to 7 days to process and inspect after receiving. However, we are happy to pull any necessary exchange from stock once we receive the item.

Exchange items will not be pulled from inventory until the item is received.

We reserve the right to refuse future services from any customer found abusing the return policy.

Any and all sale, markdown, clearance, mystery bags, deal of the day, accessories, undergarments, swimwear, and preorders items are FINAL SALE with no exceptions.

Any items otherwise marked as non-returnable will not be accepted. Please check and double check our suggested sizing in the description of each item to be sure it’s a good match for you.

Exchanges will only be accepted if the item is deemed damaged upon receipt or defective by the manufacturer. We can only honor exchanges while items are in stock.

To exchange an item please email us at with a photo. You may then return the item to the address listed below. The item must otherwise be in acceptable return condition bearing absolutely no sign of use.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Please be aware that return emails are sent to the gifter. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver. Please consult with them first to avoid any confusion with reimbursement or return addresses.

Acceptable Returns:

Due to our frequent inventory changes and sales, we always suggest you try on your items within 2 days of receiving your package in case you may need to return or exchange an item.

Acceptable returns include: items that are still tagged, unwashed, unworn (trying on is acceptable of course), in the same condition it was sent, and without makeup, odors, deodorant, stains, fabric tears or pet hair. If an item is returned in any condition other than the way it was sent, it will be refused without shipping reimbursement.

Please note that failure to follow our acceptable returns policy will result in the item(s) being donated to a local women’s shelter. You will thereby forfeit your items if they are returned to us in any condition other than specified above.

We take quite some time and energy to verify quality control on each individual item that is sent out for purchase, so on the rare occasion that an item was received damaged we will ask for photo proof and handle it on a case by case basis.  

To file a return, customers have 2 calendar days within receiving the item to  return an item from the date your tracking number indicates you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.Your item needs to have tags ATTACHED and proof of purchase (invoice number or shopify confirmation).

Shipping your item back:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. Store credit for return does not include the cost of shipping.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Returning a local pickup:

If you chose to use our courtesy local pick up option, you must notify us within 2 days of fulfillment that the acceptable return item will be brought back. You have 7 days from your fulfillment to physically return an item to us. Please be aware, fulfillment is when the item was ready to be picked up; not when it was physically picked up. Be sure to contact us about the return so we are available to receive the item in hand. We are not liable for items left unattended on our property. Please keep in mind that local pick up is a courtesy service, and abuse of such will result in the courtesy being revoked. Please contact us about when we can expect you, and kindly be on time.
